How do I obtain a building permit?

To obtain a building permit you will need:

• A building permit application.
• A complete set of building plans. 
• A plot plan showing where on your property you are putting your building.
• A septic permit if building in the County.

Please make sure to note property line setbacks on your plot plan. Setback requirements can be found in the applicable Building Permit Application packet.
